Job Summary

FullContact is seeking an experienced Director of Product with a specialization in Data to join our the company based at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. This role serves as the strategic advisor to the Executive team for all things data-related, and the ideal candidate has significant experience as a "systems builder" establishing and executing on data strategy at a software company.

This position is based in Denver, Colorado and reports to the VP Product. Candidates should expect to travel to be in-market with customers, and this role also involves regular travel to our offices located in Dallas, Riga (Latvia), and Kochi (India).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own creation and execution of the data strategy and roadmap across the company
  • Accountable for a specific revenue opportunity expansion number
  • Engage in-market with customers, partners, and key ecosystem players
  • Inform the overall strategy and direction of the company
  • Create systems for collecting and synthesizing stakeholder feedback into company strategy
  • Develop systems for working with other functions to coordinate releases/launches
  • Develop systems for monitoring and evaluating overall development impact on customer and business outcomes
  • Work with head of engineering to develop systems for improving and addressing data quality
  • Mentor and train Senior PMs and get them to Director level
  • Develop hiring and training plans and strategy
  • Develop and maintains career progression at org level (writes job descriptions, sets up performance review plans, makes career progression matrices)
  • Create systems to understand, support, and continuously define company culture
  • Mentor other managers/leaders within the company in specific areas of expertise

Requirements, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience making multi-million dollar build/buy/partner decisions around data
  • Experience managing 3rd party data vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated knowledge of core software and business process development
  • High integrity leader that is able to quickly earn leadership trust and confidence; modeling behaviors that are in alignment with company values
  • 15+ years of product management experience
  • 10+ years in product leadership
